Accounts & Enrollment

• You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and any PII you provide.
• Seats are limited; enrollment completes upon payment confirmation, subject to ToS and class capacity controls.
• We may reschedule for safety or instructor availability, or due to FM events.

Acceptable Use

Respect staff and peers. Do not misuse tools or facilities. Comply with safety instructions at all times and use appropriate PPE.

• No harassment, discrimination, or unsafe conduct.
• No copying or redistributing proprietary course materials without permission.
• Follow posted SOP and instructor directions.

Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely. Refunds follow our cancellation window described at checkout. Taxes may apply. Chargebacks or disputes may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Liability

Courses involve tools and materials. You agree to follow safety protocols and assume responsibility for misuse contrary to instructions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PCW disclaims indirect or consequential damages arising from misuse or failure to follow safety guidance.

Privacy

We collect limited information to operate classes and improve services. We honor applicable regulations such as GDPR where required. See our privacy practices at checkout notices.

Changes
